7. App Store Terms

For mobile applications distributed through Apple's App Store, you acknowledge and agree that:

• These Terms are between you and Common LLC, not with Apple
• Your use of our iOS applications must comply with Apple's App Store Terms of Service
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance and support services
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the application
• Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
