2. Acceptance of Terms

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the App
• You agree to review these terms periodically for updates
• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of updated terms

3. Subscription Services

Auto-Renewal Terms

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period

Cancellation and Refunds

• You can manage and cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings
• Refunds are handled by Apple according to their policies
• No refunds for partial subscription periods

4. Free Trial

• Limited features available during trial period
• Automatic conversion to paid subscription at trial end unless cancelled
• One free trial per user

5. Usage Limitations

• Daily query limit applies based on subscription tier
• Cooldown period between consecutive queries
• Prohibited uses include automated access and data scraping

6. AI Functionality

• AI matches are based on pattern recognition and may not always be perfectly relevant
• Results should be used for personal reflection only
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or appropriateness of AI-generated matches

7. User Content

• You retain rights to your input content
• We use your content only for providing the service
• Content is stored securely and handled according to our Privacy Policy

8. Intellectual Property

• Bible texts are in the public domain
• App features and AI functionality are protected by copyright
• User-generated content remains the property of users
